Shipping

All orders are eligible for free shipping Australia-wide.

  • Once your order has been placed, each piece is printed, and/or hand-framed, and safely packaged by our professional specialist partners.

  • All parcels require a signature on delivery (if the customer requests 'Authority to Leave' the customer is responsible for any loss, damage or theft of the parcel).

  • All items are produced on a made-to-order basis. When selecting the framing option, please allow 2-3 weeks production, with print-only orders turnaround being 3-5 business days.

  • Shipping time-frames vary depending on your location. We estimate this at 2-10 business days. The customer will be provided tracking information once order is dispatched.

  • Please note: packaged items over 100cm cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes.

Returns

  • As our prints and frames are all custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully.

  • If an order arrives damaged the item will be replaced by the sender under the terms outlined below:

  • Photo evidence MUST be provided of both the damage to the exterior packaging AND evidence of damage to the item itself.

  • Returns claims for damaged items must be submitted within 24 hours (1 business day) of receiving the item.

  • Please forward all returns claims to northernexposure.supply@gmail.com clearly stating the order no, reason for the return, and your customer name.
